Being the person that is willing and able to get in the S&%T and help people in the worst moments of thier lives. Part is based on self gratification the other is I am tring to get into heaven. (That was a joke knuklehead).

Top Issues Facing Responders:

Poor attitudes along with overinflated egos. I see alot of "how great we are" and not enough of being great. I am saddened by the attitude in the fire service in the last few years. The "Im wonderful because i wear the shirt" is really getting old. My opinion is "do something awsome" dont talk about it.
