Why I Joined Fire/EMS

Being in the service of one's community through the volunteer fire department and EMS services is, in my mind, the highest calling a person can answer to short of enlisting in one of the military services.

Why I Love Fire/EMS

Helping the community and helping fellow volunteers become better service providers.

Top Issues Facing Responders:

Aging equipment and the inability to replace it as needed due to being in an extremely small community with an extremely limited budget, and very limited fund-raising opportunities.
