I am a lieutenant with the fire dept. I handle much of my Fire Department's Training I Try and be progressive with my fire Department's training. I am also head of the fire department's Technical Rescue Unit. Also lead advisor for our fire departments explorer program

Running fire drills in local hospitals, wall and building inspection per fire code in hospital

Driving!!! I think all Fire and EMS Department should mandate A driving program. The second leading cause of line of duty deaths in the united states are diving related.
