Life long dream. I'm into community service.I was born to serve in this capacity.
Why I Love Fire/EMS
The adrenaline rush mixed with a little of the fear doing what most can't or won't do. I'm never more comfortable or more certain of what God had intended for me to do than this, while doing the job!
Top Issues Facing Responders:
Changes in building construction, Faster burning contents. higher temperatures in the fires. Lack of training through the ranks. Inexperienced officers. Poorly trained officers. Different or conflicting SOPs/SOGs on responding mutual aid depts. Traditions and discipline not held in high regard. The pride and respect of the Job and Duty. Duty taking a back seat to personal fealings
