Why I Joined Fire/EMS

My grandfather took me to my first fire call at the age of 5. I was addicted after that.

Funding for mandated training. They mandate it, but volunteer organizations struggle to comply due to budget constraints.

Finding Volunteers. We always seem to be behind the 8 ball on this topic.
