- To Give to back to the community I live in...Needed something different than the Nursing I was doing.....Grew up with Police /Firefighters as friends and family...Then I had a house fire 3 months after I moved in, my first up close and personal meeting with the Dept I am now with....and was finally able to donate the time needed to train and learn a few years ago...
