Top Issues Facing Responders:

Fire Jobs hiring. I do understand most Fire Departments need to hire all types of people, but what about Hiring the right person. The reason why I ask this is because this happened with Oakland Fire where they were actually hand picking people in a line to turn in their application first. There is way more to this, I just don't want to ramble on.
