Why I Joined Fire/EMS

I grew up with a firestation in my neighborhood. I was thrilled when I moved to a rural town and had the opportunity to join a volunteer department. I've enjoyed the years helping our department grow from a group of friends who gathered once a week to a hardworking professional family who are proud to voluntarily serve our growing community.
