Joanne, the Glow-Flex we use is a cloth material. What they called triple trim.

Joanne, most PPE manufactures have the reflective material you can buy. We purchase rolls of Glow-Flex material to sew on our vests and non-fires rated materials. I can get you the contact info for that if you write my e-mail and when I'm at the office I'll get it for you. Glow-Flex is reflective and glows for about 45 minutes after being exposed to light. Cool stuff.

Joanne, Brookings is the last town on the Southern Oregon coast before the California border. Medford is two hours East of us.
