About Me:

I lived in Miami Fl. 35yrs. I always wanted to join a Fire dept. it is very hard to get in a dept there, I never tried (fear of failure?)Moved to Sevierville Tn.
Agian (fear of failure?) thought I was to old, well finally the "GOOD LORD" gave me the guts to try, I got in (WOW!) at the age of 41. It is AWSOME, LOVE IT can't get enough of it.!!!

Why I Joined Fire/EMS

When people are having the worst day of there life, be it by an MVA, or there House is on fire, and every one is trying to get out to survive, We are there to go in and save someone,or save there home, there possessions, recover some part of there life,
give them hope.

Why I Love Fire/EMS

Being in the position to help and giving hope to people on the worst day of there life.
