Top Issues Facing Responders:

.... As a volunteer firefighter it seems we face many challeges in our modern world on both the fire fighting side and also the actual running and mantaining a "non-profit" society with strictly good old fashion volunteers, which in itsself is another issue and to rentention and attraction. However in short, if we were more "fully" funded by our respective Municipalities I do believe we could provide the means to "fill in the Blanks" to a good majority of our issues.... Equipment, Training, Operations, Member attraction and retention, Insurance and so much more....
