Marines, then collage, a technologist and problems solver, consultant. Ladder Company Capt. and ambulance crew chief, created our Dept's Rescue Company combining the resource of 3 companies, created an MCI kit 15 years ago for our Dept. consultant to FDNY, NYPd and DOME
