About Me:: I started out in the fire service when I was 16. It was in my blood. I spent almost 7 yrs with my first department. Unfortunately I took sometime off to work. Every day I missed it. Till one day my friend who is an assistant chief at my department now talked me in to coming back. And here I am, back doing what I love to do. I just got back into the EMS side of things, and I"m planing on making a career out of it. I can't see me doing anything else.

Why I Joined Fire/EMS: I did this to help the community, and it's a very exciting and rewarding field.

Top Issues Facing Responders:: Safety. With all the new construction, we need to work on safety.
