Why I Joined Fire/EMS

I started as a junior firefighter while still in high school. It was something I was interested in and kept me out of trouble. After I turned 18 years old, I became a full fledged firefighter and I love every day of it. I enjoy helping the people in my community when they need help the most, and I get great satisfaction from a job well done.
