Top Issues Facing Responders:

The top Issue facing Volunnter fire/ems has to be a decline in membership, To manyhouseholds are now dule income witch leaves very little time to devote to ones comunity. In my comunity it is moving from Blue couler to white couler and as most of you know Fighting fires and thumpping someones chest is a Blue couler thing to do.
