I am working as professional firefighter for 6 years to present capable in different skills such as fire prevention, Fire safety Inspection, Conduct Training to fire auxiliary members.. fire suppression and and rescue emergency medical services. Attached herewith are my resume and some of my credentials..I am willing to undergo on training to enhance my knowledge and skills.. I can start asap upon employment. Hoping for your favorable response
Day Job:
• Provided quick and immediate response to emergency calls – Assisted in freeing people trapped in buildings by combating fire and using rescue equipment and provided first-aid before medical emergency services arrive. • Operated a variety of fire suppression tools and used rescue/protective equipment. • Conducted thorough checks on the sites where fires occurred. • Studied all routes in the city to discover shortcuts that can save time in case of emergencies. • Maintained physical fitness so as to remain ready for all sorts of emergencies physically and mentally. • Participated in many fire drills and workshops to enhance firefighting skills and to learn new combating techniques. • Educated citizens and local people about measures to prevent fire outbreak in their homes and offices. • Monitored and maintained the equipment used in case of fire and other emergencies to ensure their being ready at any time. • . Responds to fire, rescue and emergencies; • Participates in emergency operations, fire exercises & drills and routine maintenance tasks; • Assists the Senior Fire Officer in training of auxiliary fire fighters; • Maintain all Fire Tenders and fire-fighting equipment; • Assess and inspect confined space for execution of rescue; • Test fixed fire protection system; • Service and maintain of fire extinguishers; • Test and run fire pumps, and maintain fire equipment, including SCBA (Self Contained Breathing Apparatus); • Service of hydrants, isolation valves, fire-fighting and foam system connections.
