Why I Joined Fire/EMS
I served in the U.S. Navy as a Damage Controlman the military equivalent of a Firefighter/basic EMT. I purposefully asked for assignment to a ship classified as 'extremely ardous duty' an Oiler (aka floating gas station for the Carrier/fleet) I love safety, I care about people, I enjoy teaching and saving lives. I love and respect all who are selfless enough to answer the call.
Why I Love Fire/EMS
It a selfless job that saves lives.
