I am a Christian, husband and father to 4 beautiful girls. I have been Fire Chief for 3 years now and I am witnessing our department grow in every aspect.
I am a Master Plumber and that paid the bills for over 30 years now. I own my small business which gives me a lot of flexibility with the fire service.

Top Issues Facing Responders:

Proper training in driving skills for Emergency vehicles. We are trained well in most other areas except for the actual hands-on ( swerve to miss something without overturning ) type driving. The first time most experiance this is in stressful situations. With out any previos type training.
