About Me:

I love this job. Not so much over here but, what it represents and what it makes you. I guess people say there not scared to fight the big one when it happenes. Fuck that. I think everyone is scared not knowing if this is there last hoorah. The one's who can swallow that fear and still go into the unknown are the one's who set the example of what this job is about. Sacrifice.

Leadership! At least here. Set the example! Get the job done but, don't sacrifice moral to get it done. You can only beat down the one's who look to you so much. Then after that you have failed them.
