Why I Joined Fire/EMS

At first I had no idea I would stay with a job this long. I had wanted somethinginteresting in my life, due to a recent divorce. I made a committment to be the best at what I attempted to do. Sometimes, I put family on the back burner, my two children that I had at the time gave me the strength to keep going. Most of the work I did was to make them proud of what their dad is accomplishing. I guess people can come up with all kinds of reasons. This was mine.
