I have taken 1152 and 1153 and I will be taking 1154 in Nov.,I am a First Responder,Pump Ops, EVDT,I have 100,200,300 and 700 ICS, HAZMAT OPS, Blood Born Path and Infection Control, Auto Extrication, and Arson Detection.

Why I Joined Fire/EMS

I took a summer job in my ninth grade year with a Fire Station in Calif. and that time with them set a spark that smoldered for 30 years when I moved my family and I to S.C. and a man I became very close to was a paid fire fighter for FL and then for S.C. and also volunteered said the county needed volunteers, so I applied at the age of 46 and have been going ever since.

Having the ability to help others and The Brotherhood.

Not knowing what you're going to face when you breech that door, either it's an ordinary house fire or a meth lab.
