I have 2 years of EMS experience working both paid (ambulance) and volunteer. I have many live burn certs, I am a confined space resuce technician.

My name is Colene, I am 22 yof. I am engaged and I will be getting married in June 2010! I am a student at FSU. I will graduate this April 2010 with my bachelor's degree in Dietetics. I plan to go for my standards after that. Firefighting and EMS are my passions and I train everyday to be a better firefighter.

Why I Joined Fire/EMS
I joined while in EMT school by chance. I went to EMT school inbetween semesters at FSU because I wanted to be a PA. While I was in school I fell in love with the field. I love being able to make a difference in the community and the fact that I have to think and react quickly to situations.

How are you?
Just wanted to reach out to a few of my fellow floridian brothers and sisters. I am a Firefighter/EMT and recent graduate from the Fire Academy at IRSC (St. Lucie County).
