About Me:
Born and raised in a fire dept, my dad is a retired Deputy Chief in Cape Breton.
I am a 4th generation fire fighter.
Nicknamed Spyder by my dept because if the guys wouldn't climb it, I would.
Spent 4 straight summers raising money for an infra red camera and all the gear, we did it too.
The dept came first and my family came second, guess it's in the blood.
Love to get back in but down home it's still a boys club, oh well i'm still in the halls as much as I can with my dad.
Day Job:
Sydney Body Removal
Relationship Status:
Single
Why I Joined Fire/EMS
Born into it, it's in y blood since i was a kid. Nobdy though i could do it and i had to move to N.B. to do it, but loved every call good or bad. I loved being a team player and it wasn't for the glory. Had my hard times being a woman, but in the end i was one of the boys.
Why I Love Fire/EMS
In the blood, it's all i ever knew. Thanks Dad.
Top Issues Facing Responders:
