About Me:

Born and raised in Phoenix AZ, but spent summers in Colorado working our cattle ranch.

I have always been about helping individuals and organizations be their best. Working, I have been involved in Customer Satisfaction measurement and consulting and am now a Facilitator and Consultant helping organizations do more with less using Lean Six Sigma, systematic and scientific approaches.

Why I Joined Fire/EMS

I was interested in helping my community. Living in a rural area, there are few people living around me full-time, so I joined the local fire department to help out. It has been tremendously rewarding.
