I like NASCAR and try to Golf for fun. I play Guitar for my Church. I teach for IFSI on various topics because I love the fire service. When I'm not doing that, I have a Trim Carpentry business and I custom build cabinets, closets, and bookshelves to order.

Divison Chief for a paid department. I am a operational manager for a 24 hour shift, I also serve as the training officer for the entire department. the a shift

Why I Joined Fire/EMS
Wanted to serve my community. Loved it as a volunteer firefighter, decided to take a exam for paid firefighter and was fortunate to get the job.
Why I Love Fire/EMS
Helping people and problem solving. Doing challenging work in short amount of time.
Top Issues Facing Responders:
Fire Service training with mixed generations with-in fire service ranks, changing building construction and materials as it relates to fire behavior. Company Leadership both in the fire and back at the station.
