About Me:

I am 20 years old. im getting ready to further my career in fire science and saftey tech. Then im getting my paramedicine degree and hopfully getting on full time somwhere. I have a beautiful girfriend who i feel is the one, can wait to spend it with her. she is going into public service to in a since as an OB nurse. So we get a long great. And right now like couldnt be better.

Why I Joined Fire/EMS

The normal reason's. Not for gratitude for my self. Not for glory. For the simple fact that there is only a few select people that can do anything in this field and i feel i am called to serve. Kind of corny but true as the color of my skin.

Top Issues Facing Responders:

Not being able to keep up with govt. standards and having the right equipment that isnt "expired" smaller dept's. just dont have the money for that stuff yet we are required to have it and the training to use and do it.
