Well I am a career firefigher / EMT-IV and have been for about two years. I grew up in this field all of my life. I love my job as well as the people I work with. It's the best feeling in the world to have two families. The department I work for runs FIRE & EMS together so I get the best of both worlds. But if you want to know more just ask!
