Getting everybodies head in the game! Way too many people are getting into this business b/c they want to wear the shirt and not give the shirt off their back. GET INTO THE JOB! LIVE TO TRAIN AND TRAIN TO LIVE! and of course to throw back as many wobbly pops as you can :)
