Top Issues Facing Responders:
Safty is the most inportant. Our Volunteers are at the average age of 60 to 70 yerat of age. I'm and 54 and my Chief is 53. So every fire is a challange to get man power to the scean. Our first engine in is 10mins out and the next time15 to 20 Min. Then it is going to be 40 mins to 1 hour.
