- Why I Joined Fire/EMS
- I chose to become a firefighter after losing our 2 1/2 year old son in a house fire in 2003. At first I wanted it simply to keep others from going through a similar situation, or at least to be on hand if we could not prevent the inevitable. Now, I do it because I choose to, because I Love It... to protect and serve the community that I grew up in.
- Why I Love Fire/EMS
- Because it is about working together towards a common goal - Protecting and Serving our Communities and the residents in them.
