Why I Joined Fire/EMS
I finally saw the light and decided to take the right test! Was originally focused on law-enforcement, but when I got cross trained, I crossed over.
Why I Love Fire/EMS
It's a lot less political than law enforcement!
Top Issues Facing Responders:
STAFFING! Yes it costs alot to keep max staffing in house all the time. BUT - it's always going to be that "one time" you run a short shift that will bite you.
