About Me:

I've been involved with Emergency Services pretty much my whole life. My father was a Paramedic and a volunteer firefighter. My family on both sides is involved in Fire/Rescue, EMS, and Law Enforcement. So, I guess you can say it's in the blood. I've been serving as a Firefighter for 15 years now. I've been an EMT-B for 4 years as well. I love fighting fires, but Technical Rescue is my thing. I like a good challenge, both mentally and physically. I take HAZMAT and Counter-Terrorism Operations very seriously. Especially in these times.
It's not about glory for me. It's about people. The community and most importantly my brother and sister firefighters. We're tight around here. Like a big semi-disfunctional family. LOL
