Why I Joined Fire/EMS
I enjoy helping people whether it be friends, family, or strangers. As a kid I always wanted to be a firefighter. Two months after I turned 18 I became that firefighter.

ok,. so for the next few months im working outta cheektowaga. im actually excited about it. and saturday i start firefighter 1.... SOOO Nervous!!! but excited too!!! im taking it at Orchard Park.

for now its only part time, until i decide whether or not i like it enough. i want to go back to school, and the bank schedule doesnt really allow me to do so. so if i like RMA. ill go full time nights, so i can go back to school. and who knows. depends on what shifts are available. i start field training next week. this week is only classroom stuff. and i start FF1!! eeek!! lol.

umm the only call ive been on was a week ago. and it was for my gram. not fun. but shes alright now, no worries :-) and life.. well,.. I just started with Rural Metro yesterday. so maybe you'll see me on a call lol.

Seneca Hose released us at like 1:10. . . . not to bad.... they were bagged before we went in ... good thing I <3 them. lol. but . that looked like 1 heavy-ass bag! lol. I was told there were 4 of them, and one ended up being used to hold that front door open on the balcony. gross! lol. and I spoke with the town fire investigator dude, and he said it was just electrical up in the second floor. nothing too exciting. :-)

so ya, when I saw the N.A. Guys, I thought that was you standing over there, but i wasnt sure and I didnt wanna be that loser who said hi to the wrong person! lol. Bill took me into the house afterwards, and I just couldnt believe it.... It was sooo awesome!!
