My Training:

I started out as an Explorer with a rural FPD. As I developed my passion....I began to feel the need to advance. I left for the US Army, came back and went to EMT school. I pursued my EMT-I. After I joined Herrin Fire, I really began to explode with the desire to certify. With the help of these brothers: Capt. Roger Miller, Firefighter, Larry Jackson, Firefighter Tim Simmons, Firefighter Jack Coriasco, and the rest of my department......I was able to certify as an Illinois Firefighter II & III. When I moved to South Carolina...I challenged IFSAC I & II, and passed. I then moved to Georgia and completed the process of NPQ I & II. I am proud to say that I hold many more cert's......however...."YOU CAN NEVER KNOW TO MUCH!!!!"

About Me:

I am 33, very happily married with 3 AWESOME kids. We just completed getting custody of our niece. I have a HUGE Matchbox/Hot Wheels Police/Fire/EMS collection. I love to learn new things and most importantly.....Love my family.
