About Me:

I have been in the Fire service for 20 years total I start in 1986 with LA City fire. I was there for 5 years. Ithen went to Orange County Fire for 9 years. I quit the Fire Service to become a stock broker in 2001. In 2003 I started all over at the age of 38. I realized my heart was in the Fire service. I had a couple of small departments in the mix as I was trying to get back in the Fire service. I have been with San Diego city for 5 years.

Why I Joined Fire/EMS

To many reasons to list. It keeps my mind always moving. I do better with a physical jobs vs sitting behind a desk. Everyday is different. Its a secure job. Its not corporate america, I control my destiny.

Why I Love Fire/EMS

It makes me feel like I am actually doing something in life to make this world a better place. It is very fulfilling. It has become my life.
