Why I Joined Fire/EMS

Started with passing of my father from cardiac arrest when I was 15 and then grew as a way to help others in their time of need

Training, ability to assist others in their time of need

Top Issues Facing Responders:

Training availability, equitable pay, the theory of do more with less manpower, educating the public as to what we really do for them, not just after terrorist attacks such as 9/11
