About Me:

I started as a first=aider with IRC-EMS in 1992 quickly becoming an EMT-B. Worked with them about 6 months, but my health was an issue. In 2005 I challenged the National Registry, and joined the Vero Beach Vols in 2006. I hope to be in fire school in fall of 2008

Why I Joined Fire/EMS

At 19 I wanted to be a firefighter, but the state of FL wouldn't allow diabetics to be firefighters at the time, so I discovered EMS.

Why I Love Fire/EMS

Taking someone at their worst and making them a little better.
