Why I Joined Fire/EMS

My father was a fire chief when I was little and I grew up around the department. Was a junior firefighter. There are lots of reasons, but the biggest is the day i was told that a woman could not be a firefighter. I was on a mission to prove them wrong, and honestly it is something I am very passionate about.
