Well y name is Amanda if you havent already figured that out yet. Im just a down home country girl at heart, and a big tomboy. I love training with the department and am looking forward to finishing school this summer. Out side of work and the dept my life is my 2 children. They think i am the coolest mommy because im a firefighter, i hope they can always look up to me and i can be a good role model for them!!

Why I Joined Fire/EMS

Joining the fire department was not something i saw myself ever doing. But because of events i had no control over, i kinda fell into it and wouldnt have it any other way. I love the rush and being able to help people
