Why I Joined Fire/EMS

Fire fighting is in my blood. I'm a 3rd generation ff on my fathers side and a 2nd generation ff on my moms side. Both my grandfathers was members with the city of Poughkeepsie fd my grandfather Cliff was the citys first machaninc for the fire department. I enjoyed hanging out in the fire house with both of my grandfathers and father.

Why I Love Fire/EMS

I enjoy helping people in a time of need. I also enjoy seeing the looks on kids faces when they see a FF.
