I have been in the FIre and Emergency Services for the past 21 years. I am currently assigned to Ladder 1 Norfolk Fire Rescue as a Fire Lieutenant. I am a Va. Paramedic(dropped my national registry) and work part time as a Paramedic for Suffolk Fire and Rescue.

Family, I am a 4th generation Fire FIghter. I enjoy helping others in their worst times and during times when they just need a helping hand.
