Working fire in a house under construction on Dec 12/2012. Started by a flash fire on the second floor balcony when a roofers torch came into contact with a container of primer. Fire extended into the structure causing heavy damage before the fire was brought under control 30 minutes later. One worker (the torch operator) received burns to 20% of his body and a broken arm when he was forced to jump from the second floor to escape.
