In Loving Memory Of Battalion Chief Dennis L. Devlin Division 3 NYFD, who perished on Sept. 11, 2001. I was fortunate to have known Dennis for about 10 years. He lived in Washingtonville, N.Y., and when I first met him, he was a Captain with Engine Co. 75 in the South Bronx. He rose to become a Battalion Chief in the Third Division, until that fateful day on 9/11/01 at the World Trade Center when he answered "HIS LAST ALARM."
