Couldn't agree more.But in my city,things are a little different,if any one is certain and proven to be making mistakes at a fire,usually the punishment will be demotion or deducting salary.

Hey Jimmy,

you're right it was very dangerous for the Victim and for the FF on ground but u have to admit that you cant do everything right when you are on the Scene.

It'd be very dangerous to lowering a victim without fall protection device from a higher postion by ladder.More,I saw that victim wearing slipper,the fireman on the ground would have been in danger if that fat guy hadn't made it.
