While preparing for a swiftwater rescue drill, Wilmington Police requested assistance from Trooper-5, a Bell 412 multi mission helicopter. Within 2 minutes the Wilmington Fire Department, New Castle County Water Rescue Team and DNREC were on scene and in the water.
