Famous Last Words - 2000 Bushfires Warragamba 60km / 35mls west of Sydney. A fire storm roared out of the Katoomba's Jamison Valley the 200ft flames jumped the 1000ft gorge took out the most of township of Warramba destroying everything in its path fianally stopping at The Great Australian Eastern Fire Break ( The Pacific Ocean)
Note: These pictures were taken 11am, the sun totally block out by smoke, as in most Eucalypt Forest Fires. The intenst heat and smoke cause the power lines arc on poles starting small fires and secondary front.
