Members of the San Francisco Fire Department put on their hazmat suits in preparation to enter an office building that has been "attacked" by a terrorist with a chemical weapon during the exercise Saturday.

For the exercise, the fire department blocked off several streets in downtown San Francisco. These streets were clogged with fire trucks and many other emergency vehicles from several state and federal agencies.
