A member of the 95th CST and another from the SFPD, both in heavy-duty hazmat suits, confer as they try to determine what the chemical used in the exercise's WMD attack was. Of course, there wasn't really a chemical used in the exercise. But the idea was for them to go through the steps they would use to figure it out, if they can. If they can't figure it out on the spot, they take what they find to a mobile laboratory nearby and then, if necessary, to the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory.
