One of Thousands is a story about one of the many First Responders, the day of 911, who risked their life and wanted nothing in return especially not the illness that so many of our First Responders have died from and continue to die from. The Author Dennis Ciallela who has contracted that illness and is now a patient at The WTC Treatment Program for First Responders at Mount Sinai Hospital NYC has decided to donate proceeds from his book to that program. Since the Government continues to neglect the reality of the illness, Dennis has decided to try and do whatever he can without the Government's help. Please join Dennis as he tries to make a difference and bring some attention to the neglect our First Responders face while they risk their lives every day. Thanks and God Bless
