Public are shown the measured amount of cooking oil / fat use in pot demo in comparison to the oil / fat they would use in deep fry cooking etc.

The public are then shown why water should not be use to extinguish a hot fat/ cooking oil fire.

A measure of 20mls of water is introduced into the pot etc with a spectacular effect.

The demonstration show the public an eruption of flame going skyward. Fire, unburnt vapour and cooking oil is being ejected from the pot to the ground igniting everything in it path.
